- Birth & Beyond, the complete childbirth education course, delivered privately over four 2-hour sessions, with the mother and father of the baby. Private classes are held either at my office or in the client’s home.
- Monthly phone check-ins from when you book birth support through the duration of your pregnancy
- Text, phone, and email support in pregnancy and for 6 weeks after birth
- Material booklet of relevant and helpful birth education resources
- Remote support from 37 weeks gestation until your baby’s birthday (potentially 42+ weeks)
- Two 2-hour postpartum visits, one 1-3 days after birth, and a second visit within the first 6 weeks. This visit could include a debrief of the birth if desired.
