Doula services

There are so many reasons why you might want somebody outside your family to support your birth.

Generally speaking, many people living in our current moment in time are no longer familiar, or comfortable, with witnessing birth firsthand, what to expect, and how to hold and regulate yourself as you seek to support a labouring woman.

When I support couples and families welcoming a new baby into their lives, I seek to do just that; witness, support, and facilitate physiologic birth, bring a sense of calm and regulation, thanks to the experience I have acquired, and use my experience to encourage and inform every step of the way.
